海关总署：
  经国务院批准，国务院关税税则委员会决定对进境物品进口税进行调整。现将有关事项通知如下：
  一、将进境物品进口税税目1、2的税率分别调降为13%、20%。
  二、将税目1“药品”注释修改为“对国家规定减按3%征收进口环节增值税的进口药品，按照货物税率征税”。
  三、上述调整自2019年4月9日起实施。
  调整后的《中华人民共和国进境物品进口税税率表》见附件。
