涉外个税讲座/Tax Lecture
2019年1月1日新个人所得税法全面实施。
China has implemented a reform of the Individual Income Tax (“IIT”) aiming at reducing the tax burden of individual taxpayers. On 1st January 2019, the new PRC IIT Law associated with its detailed implementation rules as well as a series of supplementary IIT regulations (collectively referred as the “New IIT Rules”) came into effect.
  新个人所得税法当中很重要的一个变化就是对纳税居民的身份有了与以往不同的判定方法，由此带来了纳税义务和税款计算的变化。
One of the main differences between the old IIT rules and the New IIT Rules is the new definition of “PRC tax resident” and “non-PRC tax resident”, which leads to different tax liability and ways of tax calculation.
