近日，海南省委书记沈晓明接受中国著名电视节目主持人杨澜专访，畅谈如何把海南建设成具有国际影响力的高水平自贸港。以下为本次访谈内容节选（下）。

Recently, Shen Xiaoming, Hainan Party Secretary, talked with Yang Lan, China s prominent talk show hostess, on how to build Hainan into a globally influential and high-level free trade port. The following is the last excerpt of the interview.   




沈晓明：每年有70万中国人到国外去留学，我们希望通过发展国际教育，能够吸引一部分人来海南就读。

Shen Xiaoming: There are seven hundred thousand Chinese students going to study abroad each year. We plan to boost international education in Hainan and attract some of them to study here.

沈晓明：国务院给了乐城特殊的政策，乐城是国内唯一的一个可以使用全世界最新药品和器械的区域。我们希望能通过发展医疗旅游服务，把70万去国外求医问药的病人吸引一部分过来。再下一步，希望能够吸引东南亚邻近国家的病人到乐城来。

Shen Xiaoming: With preferential policies granted by the State Council, Lecheng has become the only place in China that has special access to the newest medicines and medical equipment from all over the world. By developing medical tourism, we hope to attract some of the seven hundred thousand patients who used to seek medical treatments from abroad to come here. In the future, we also hope to attract patients from neighboring countries in Southeast Asia.
