税委会〔2016〕2号 海关总署：   为完善进境物品进口税收政策，经国务院批准，对进境物品进口税税目税率进行调整。现将有关问题通知如下：   一、对现行《中华人民共和国进境物品进口税率表》进行调整。调整后的税目税率详见附件。   二、上述调整自2016年4月8日起实施。   三、《国务院关税税则委员会关于调整进境物品进口税税目税率的通知》（税委会〔2011〕3号）自本通知实施之日起废止。   特此通知。   附件：中华人民共和国进境物品进口税率表    国务院关税税则委员会 2016年3月16日
