EMPLOYMENT (MINIMUM RATE OF MATERNITYALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS1976* 1.Citation.These Regulations may be cited as the Employment(MinimumRateofMaternity Allowance) Regulations 1976. 2. Maternity allowance.The minimum rate of maternity allowance for each day of the eligible period to which a female employee is entitled under section 37 (2) of the Employment Act 1955 shall be six ringgit per day. 3. Revocation.Regulation 13 of the Employment Regulations 1957 is revoked.
