答：电子发票服务平台税务数字账户可以为纳税人提供 发票自动交付和自行交付两种方式。数字账户自动交付是指 销售方成功开具发票后，系统默认将电子发票文件及数据自 动交付至购买方（包括经办人）税务数字账户，如果购买方 为未录入组织机构代码的党政机关及事业性单位，或购买方 （包括经办人）为未录入身份证件号的自然人，系统无法自 动交付，销售方可使用自行交付方式； 自行交付方式是指纳 税人通过电子发票服务平台税务数字账户查询发票后自行选择电子邮件、二维码、 电子文件导出等方式交付数电票。

四、红字发票确认信息录入页面，查询到发票信息并选择，进入后选择冲红的发票类型，核对下方带出的发票信息与对应发票号码代码，确认无误点击【提交】提示提交成功；若销方开具购方未认证，则会提示本次无需进行确认的字样，点击提示界面的【去开具】就会跳转到红字开具界面，核对无误后继续开红字（负数）发票。
