为进一步不折不扣落实好各项税费优惠政策，不断推动税收在服务高质量发展中发挥更大作用、作出更大贡献，10月18日，天津市税务局第四税务分局局长李娟带队走访中海油田服务股份有限公司天津分公司，以深入企业开展调研走访为契机，精准聚焦企业需求，在政策宣传辅导、服务提质增效上下功夫，帮助企业用足用好优惠政策，积蓄良性发展动能。

企业诉求在现场倾听
李娟局长一行现场听取中海油服天津片区及税务管理情况介绍，详细了解企业享受税费优惠政策的情况及政策诉求。企业税务经理朱晓楠表示：“感谢税务局长期以来精准的政策辅导，使我们企业充分享受到加计抵减、留抵退税等政策红利，确保有充足的资金流可以投入科技创新、生产研发等领域，有力保障了企业的发展。”

涉税问题在现场解答
在座谈会上，企业财税团队提出面对开票量巨大、数电票开具不熟悉以及公司远洋船员占比较大，个税专项附加扣除政策使用把握不准等困难。分局领导现场进行解答，通过视频连线的方式，回答海上作业平台工作人员的政策问题，帮助他们解决疑惑享受政策。后续，分局还将针对企业提出的问题，定制上门服务，推动政策红利直达快享，努力提升税费服务质效。

共建桥梁在现场搭建
李娟局长一行深入企业装备制造维修中心，与企业负责人深入交流，详细了解企业深耕渤海油田、服务增储上产的生产经营现状以及自主研发制造的地震勘探采集装备等科技创新成果，并以此次调研为契机，进一步推动党建与业务深度融合，与企业搭建起紧密的党建共建桥梁，希望通过进一步开展共建活动，促进税收政策落实见效，推动税企合作共赢。
