《巴暄儿话税收》是由国家税务总局长阳土家族自治县税务局原创的税收宣传系列漫画。长阳是巴人故里，也是巴土文化的发源地。作为巴人后代的“巴暄儿”是位奔走在土家山寨的税务干部。该局借助“巴暄儿”这个带有浓厚土家族文化元素的卡通人物形象，针对纳税人缴费人关心的税收热点问题进行税费政策解读，以喜闻乐见的方式宣传税收知识、传播税务文化、传递税务好声音。
