贵州省职工医保个人账户代缴功能成功升级。现在，您不仅可以继续为普通身份的家人代缴，也可以为困难身份的家人代缴2024年居民医保参保费啦！

一
代缴范围贵州省职工医保参保人员家庭中的配偶、父母、子女为以下特殊困难人员的，可以实现代缴。
1.低保对象
2.脱贫不稳定人口
3.边缘易致贫人口
4.突发严重困难人口
5.稳定脱贫人口
6.低保边缘家庭人口中年满60周岁以上的老年人、未满18周岁的未成年人、重度残疾人
特别注意：外省职工医保个人账户不能代缴贵州省居民医保；贵州省职工医保个人账户也不能代缴外省居民医保。

共济绑定“贵州医保”微信公众号、“贵州医保”APP均可以代缴。代缴前可通过关注“贵州医保”微信公众号或下载“贵州医保”APP先进行共济绑定。

缴费查询
代缴申请完成后，整体流程一般可在3天内结束，授权人可以通过以下两个渠道查询费用缴纳情况：
（一）贵州医保微信公众号

（二）贵州医保APP
城乡代缴 ? 申请记录查询，申请成功后，可查询到当前申请记录。

注意：当看到业务状态为“缴费到账成功”时，方为申请成功，如果业务状态显示为“申请成功”或者“受理中”时，请等待受理结果，如果受理失败，将会原渠道自动返还个人账户。
重点提示：此查询步骤千万不可省略，以免代缴失败，影响参保人及时享受2024年居民医保待遇。

（一）贵州医保微信公众号
医疗服务 ? 个人账户代缴 ? 查看代缴记录，在对应的到账记录上点击“参保缴费证明”。

常见问题处理
（一）在选择人员列表没有我想要代缴的人
先进行账户共济绑定，操作流程详见第二点。
（二）申请时提示未查询到授权人（职工个账代缴人）或者受益人（居民医保参保人）参保信息
授权人或受益人在我省的基本医保为非正常参保状态，如暂停参保、中止参保等情况。需将参保状态恢复至正常后，方可完成代缴操作。
（三）提示未查询到税务部门的居民参保信息
现医保参保地无受益人个人身份信息，需到现参保地医保部门进行人员身份信息的新增登记。
（四）特殊困难人员代缴金额不正确
未在特殊身份认定地缴费参保或受益人非特殊身份人员。如有疑问，请至受益人参保地医保部门进行咨询处理。
（五）同一个社区/村组代码对应的街道乡镇编码不相同或医保与税务统筹区不一致
受益人在税务和医保系统内参保行政区划不一致造成，请至受益人参保地医保部门进行咨询处理。
（六）其他
不在以上范围内的问题，可至授权人或受益人参保地医保部门进行咨询处理。
温馨提示：账户共济解绑后当天不能进行绑定，解绑次日重新绑定即可。
