登录电子税务局操作指引

1. 通过搜索辽宁省电子税务局网址进行登录，或者点击https://etax.liaoning.chinatax.gov.cn/sword?ctrl=LoginCtrlTmp_logout?error=nonlogin，进入辽宁省电子税务局界面，如图1所示。

2. 在辽宁省电子税务局登录界面右上角，点击“下载”，进入下载界面，如图2所示，点击页面左侧“软件下载”，在下载界面找到“辽宁省电子税务局客户端下载（最新版）”，下载安装完成后，即可直接进入辽宁省电子税务局客户端登录界面。

（二）登录辽宁省电子税务局

第一步：登录辽宁省电子税务局的自然人，先注册自然人业务（已注册请忽略，请看第二步），如图1所示，点击用户注册，进入用户注册界面，如图2所示。

点击选择协议及同意书后，点击下一步，进入基本信息填写界面，如图3所示

填写完相关信息后，点击下一步，进行账号密码设置，如图4所示。

密码设置（此处设置的密码为自然人个人密码）完成后，点击下一步进行人脸识别验证，完成注册。
第二步：在辽宁省电子税务局登录界面，点击登录，选择“企业业务”，录入相关信息，如图5所示。

注意：已注册过的自然人，如忘记个人用户密码，可通过忘记密码进行重新设置密码，点击忘记密码，如图6所示，输入账户信息，点击下一步，如图7所示，通过短信验证或者扫脸验证后，下一步，重新设置密码后，返回重新登录电子税务局。

录入完整准确的信息后，拖动滑块向右，点击登录进入二次验证界面，如图8所示。为保证纳税人电子税务局安全，二次验证采取三种方式，短信验证、税务APP扫码验证、个人所得税APP扫码验证，纳税人可自行选择，验证通过后即可进入电子税务局进行相关业务操作。
