为庆祝中国共产党成立102周年，雅安市税务局围绕“弘扬伟大建党精神 凝聚磅礴奋进力量 以税收现代化服务中国式现代化”主题，举办庆“七一”主题党日暨“两优一先”表彰活动。通过各项活动的开展，税务干部们进一步增强了对党员身份的认同感、责任感和使命感，更加坚定信心，在工作中践行初心和使命，为经济社会发展贡献税务力量。

冯黎明指出，党的二十大胜利召开后，全体党员紧扣“五个牢牢把握”，围绕“税心向党”主题，全面系统深入理解把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的二十大精神，不折不扣把党中央决策部署落到实处，将学习成果及时转化为推动发展的实践动力，为雅安税收事业不断向前推进提供了坚强有力的政治保证。他要求，全体党员要深入开展调查研究、全力推进下半年工作，要扑下身子干实事、谋实招、求实效，充分运用调查研究的方法，将弘扬伟大建党精神贯穿始终，以务实行动凝心聚力夯实税费征管基础、以党员应有之姿重点突破保证改革实效、以练兵比武铸就一支兴税为民铁军队伍，进一步筑牢高质量发展的“四梁八柱”，确保“执行提升年”各项任务落实落地。
