第一步
关注“重庆税务”微信公众号，依次点击【网上办税】-【办税服务】，然后点击【我的】-【未登录】，选择【个人业务】登录系统。

第二步
点击【增量房交易套餐】-【增量房采集（购房人适用）】，系统会自动获取您的数据，您只需核对是否正确。核对无误后点击【查询】，选择需要申报的房屋。

如果无法查询到数据，表示您的房屋可能还未提交预告登记申请，请联系开发商进行处理。
第三步
选择“不动产项目”信息，确认无误后，点击【下一步】。

第四步
查看“房源交易信息”，确认无误后点击【确定】。点击后您还可以录入房屋套次和家庭成员相关信息。

第五步
进行税务事项承诺。如确认信息无误，点击【确定】即可。如信息存在错误，点击【修改后提交】。

第六步
再次核对“房屋交易信息”，确认无误后点击【申报】，耐心等待审核结果。

温馨提示
税务部门将在次日内（法定节假日除外）完成审核，审核结果以短信形式通知。
第七步
收到审核通过的通知后，在“增量房交易”页面，点击【税费缴纳】，选择缴款方式，点击【确认缴税】，付款成功后就完成了。

如果您需要开具契税完税证明，可在“增量房交易”页面，点击【开具契税完税证明】，核对勾选“土地房屋信息”，点击【确定】，基本信息核对认无误后，点击【开具】就完成啦。

1.无法提取网签合同信息;
2.未成年人独立购房;
3.婚姻关系比对不通过;
4.享受房屋拆迁优惠;
5.非居民个人。
