未注册个人账号实名认证操作流程

一、在新版登录界面，点击自然人业务下方【用户注册】。

二、勾选“我已阅读并同意《个人信息保护告知书》、《人脸识别服务协议》”，点击“下一步”。

三、在校验身份信息页面填写姓名、证件类型、证件号码、性别、国籍（地区）， 点击下一步。

四、基本信息填写可自行设置密码，密码设置要求长度为8-16个字符且必须包含数字、字母（区分大小写）、特殊字符（包括.@$% *#_+-&^）三者中至少两种，填写手机号，点击“获取验证码”。查收手机短信，填写短信验证码，点击下一步进行人脸识别验证。

五、可选择“税务APP扫码认证”，也可选择“个人所得税APP扫码认证”。

六、这里以“税务APP扫码认证”方式举例。打开北京税务APP（无需登录），点击首页右上角“+”。

七、选择“扫一扫”，扫描二维码后进行人脸验证。如未下载，可点击蓝色字体扫码下载。如未下载，可点击蓝色字体扫码下载，最后人脸验证成功提示注册完成，可直接登录，此时个人实名认证已经完成。

若个人账号已经注册，则实名认证可通过以下几种方法办理，具体如下：
登录企业账号选择该人员验证时，或者登录个人账号时，选择验证方式为北京税务APP刷脸登录，登录成功后即可完成实名制信息采集：
一、在企业账号登录的状态下，点击【我的信息】—【账户中心】—【身份切换】—【个人办税】，切换为个人账号后点击【我的信息】—【账户中心】—【个人实名等级】，进入后确认信息刷脸实名提升等级即可；
