【答疑】开具发票后无法打印发票怎么办？

纳税人开具发票后点击发票打印无法打印发票，下载打印控件后仍然无法打印发票。
问题现象：

第一种：纳税人通过电票平台开具发票无法打印，提示“检测到打印窗口已开启，请关闭后重新打印”，但是关闭后仍然无法打印。
第二种：纳税人计算机中成功安装了最新版打印控件，点击打印发票按钮时仍提示“本机未检测到打印服务”。
解决办法：

下载打印控件后仍无法打印有以下两种解决办法：
第一：首先确认发票打印控件安装环境是否为win7系统、win10系统、win11系统。
第二：复制链接
“https://127.0.0.1:18086/?callback=printVersion”
（此链接为系统调用打印控件所用）粘贴到浏览器新标签页中打开，点击【高级】按钮。

点击【继续前往127.0.0.1】，接着再次打印发票即可正常打印。
