自2023年4月27日起，除成品油生产、成品油经销、使用第三方接口用票和因业务需要不使用网络开具发票的纳税人外，其他的纳税人均使用电子税务局中的【税务数字账户】进行发票勾选、用途确认、查询、查验、下载和打印、查看税收政策和发票风险提示，不再使用增值税发票综合服务平台。
下面以抵扣勾选为例，我们来看看如何进行发票勾选吧。
税务数字账户

需要具有办税权限的人员登录电子税务局（包括法定代表人、财务负责人和办税人），从电子税务局首页“我要办税-税务数字账户”模块跳转至电子发票服务平台税务数字账户。

点击“发票勾选确认”按钮进入发票勾选确认操作界面。

在抵扣勾选栏目下选择需要勾选的凭证种类，主要有发票、海关缴款书、代扣代缴完税凭证。根据需要勾选的发票情形选择查询条件，点击查询。查询到可进行抵扣勾选的发票数据后，选择需要抵扣的发票，点击“提交勾选”。

第三步

做完发票勾选后，进入发票“统计确认”界面，可以进行发票勾选汇总操作。如果当期税款所属期还未生成勾选结果的统计报表，可点击“申请统计”按钮进行统计。

第四步

核对统计数据无误后，需对统计表进行确认，点击“确认统计”按钮，出现弹窗提示，点击“继续”，输出统计结果。

小贴士：完成统计确认后，如果未申报增值税，可以撤销统计确认，重新调整勾选数据。
