追随历史的脚步，回溯历年税收宣传月主题，从1992年的“税收与发展”到2001年的“税收与公民”，从2011年“税收 发展 民生”再到今年“税惠千万家 共建现代化”，每年的主题紧跟国家发展，镌刻下时代的烙印。
将时间的齿轮往回拨动，过去的税法宣传主要是在宣传月期间集中开展，如今的税收宣传逐渐走向了日常化、常态化，随着科学技术的进步，宣传形式越来越多样、内容越来越丰富。

拉横幅、挂标语、摆桌子设咨询点是那时候的主要宣传方式，也是那个年代税务干部共有的记忆。税务干部骑着三轮摩托车，开着老卡车，从赶集的人群中缓慢穿行，红旗招展、锣鼓喧天，行人驻足观看印有“依法纳税光荣、偷税漏税可耻”的宣传画报，谈秋收、话税收，热烈欢腾的气氛扑面而来！

不管任何时代的税收宣传，都重视青少年普法教育，税务干部都会走上讲桌，为同学们开展税法基础知识讲座，通俗易懂又贴合实际的讲解丰富了同学们的“第二课堂”，也让同学们明白做一名合格的纳税人是爱国的体现，对税法从校园“萌芽”，向家庭“发枝”，在社会“结果”大有裨益。
由干部、学生、群众组成的税法宣传队伍穿行在大街小巷，贴近生活的宣传方式，将诚信纳税的种子播撒在每个角落，让税法不再看不见、摸不着，人们也逐渐了解了税收“取之于民、用之于民”的本质，用纯真的童心和雄厚的民意共同孕育着祖国日渐繁荣昌盛的美好希望。
在今年第32个全国税收宣传月期间，各级税务部门将紧紧围绕活动主题，开展线上线下一系列丰富多彩的宣传活动，继续书写税史的崭新灿烂篇章。
