1.点击【非居民企业身份信息变更(Non-resident Enterprise Information Change)】

2.变更事项为3项，分别为：“非居民企业纳税人中文名称Name of Non-resident Enterprise (in Chinese)”、“非居民企业纳税人外文名称Name of Non-resident Enterprise (in Original language)”、“非居民企业在其居民国（地区）注册地址Registered Address of Non-resident Enterprise in Resident Jurisdiction”，根据实际情况，录入需变更的相关信息。同时可通过切换标签修改“办税员（Tax Agent）”信息。

3.修改“办税员（Tax Agent）”时需要注意，原有“办税员”信息不允许修改，只能选择删除后新增“办税员”。变更信息修改完毕并保存成功后点击“下一步 Next Step”

4.上传附列资料，以下两种附列资料均为必传：a.授权委托书或能证明该自然人为非居民企业员工的其他资料（非中、英文需同时提供中文或英文翻译件）Power of attorney or other documents proving the natural person is an employee of the non-resident enterprise (Non-Chinese or non-English documents must be accompanied by Chinese or English translations)b.非居民企业在其居民国（地区）能显示纳税编码的相关证件Certificate with Tax Code of Non-resident Enterprise in Resident Jurisdiction

5.提交附列资料后，等待税务机关审核结果。审批通过后，非居民企业登录辽宁省电子税务局即可查看到非居民企业身份信息变更提醒。
