我在社保费管理客户端扣企业社保费时，本来想选择三方协议扣款的，误选成银行端凭证缴费了，怎么办？

缴费人可在客户端自行作废。
①点击左侧菜单栏费款缴纳→选择缴费凭证打印记录→选择开具日期，点击查询→找到对应记录，点击作废
②点击左侧菜单栏费款缴纳→选择缴费→点击刷新→重新扣费

我这个月的社保费忘交了，再想交的时候进到客户端里为什么没有申报数据了？

每月征期为上月21日至本月19日（1月除外，1月征期为1.1-1.19），每月20日过期申报数据将自动作废，需要重新核定申报。

显示锁定说明扣费正在处理中，最晚第二个工作日反馈结果，如扣款成功，则无需处理，如扣款失败，则需要重新扣款。注意：每月征期为19日，为避免出现扣款失败来不及再扣的情况，建议缴费人留出充足时间，在每月15日前扣款。
