011.使用个人微信扫一扫功能，扫描纳税人端二维码：

2.扫描后，界面会显示企业微信公众号“江西省税务局”二维码；长按识别二维码，进入“江西省税务局”企业微信的添加通讯录界面；

3.添加通讯录界面，输入个人姓名、手机号码，以及手机短信验证码后，点击确定，系统提示添加通讯录成功；

4.界面会返回企业微信公众号“江西省税务局”二维码；再次长按识别二维码，进入“江西省税务局”企业微信的关注界面；关注成功以后，即可进入江西省税务局企业微信公众号界面，可以看到赣税行功能菜单。

6.如果当前办税人员没有做过实名信息采集，点击“去登录”，系统进入实名采集引导页面，

7.点击“点击此处”进入实名采集页面，点击“实名采集及变更”，进行实名采集刷脸认证；

8.输入当前办税人员的身份证号码、姓名，点击“开启人脸识别”按钮，进入到人脸识别信息确认页面；点击“下一步”按钮，页面跳转至人脸识别界面；

9.根据界面提醒完成人脸识别后，页面跳转到实名采集及变更页面；

10.输入电话号码、短信验证码后，点击“保存”，提示实名采集信息成功后系统跳转至实名认证登录界面；

11.如办税人员已经采集过实名信息，点击“去登录”，输入办税人员身份证号、姓名和验证码，点击刷脸登录。则直接进入到人脸识别信息确认页面，勾选验证协议，并点击“下一步”，跳转至人脸识别界面；

14.输入变更后的手机号码,获取验证码输入,点击保存，完成手机号码的实名信息变更。
