国家税务总局福建省电子税务局登录认证功能升级后，跨区报验户、跨区税源登记户及其他登记户需从“特定主体登录”入口办理业务。操作步骤如下：
（1）打开国家税务总局福建省电子税务局，点击【登录】，进入电子税务局新版登录页面；

（2）点击【企业业务】下【特定主体登录】功能，选择“特定主体类型”，依次输入统一社会信用代码、居民身份证号码（或手机号码、用户名）、个人用户密码后，拖动滑块，点击登录进入验证界面；

（3）在验证界面可以选择短信验证或扫码验证，扫码验证可通过福建税务APP或个人所得税APP，扫描屏幕中的二维码后，通过人脸验证，即可完成登录。

温馨提醒：跨区报验户选择特定主体类型：“跨区域报验户”；跨区税源登记户选择特定主体类型：“跨区税源登记纳税人”；社保户、非税专用户、非居民企业等主体选择特定主体类型：“其他登记户”。
