1月28日早上8点，办税服务厅全体人员提前半小时到岗，利用晨会时间上好新年“第一课”，例行组织开展税容税貌每日一查、服务规范每日一诺、政策口径每日一学，奏响纳税服务奋进新序曲。

作为面向纳税人缴费人的一线窗口，办税服务厅税务干部一手抓疫情防控，一手抓本职工作，做到人归岗、心到位，竭诚为前来办理业务的群众提供热心服务。还为新年前来办税的第一位纳税人送上了新春办税礼包，何先生办完业务称赞道：“本以为节后第一天上班要等很久，没想到还能收到惊喜，税务工作人员准备得很充分，态度热情，业务娴熟，很快就指导我把预缴税款业务办好了，小规模增值税优惠政策也能继续享受，新的一年更有劲头了！”
