10月16日上午，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会在北京隆重开幕，习近平总书记代表第十九届中央委员会向大会作报告。全市税务系统广大干部职工通过电视、网络、广播等收听收看了党的二十大开幕会。开幕会后，全市税务系统第一时间通过党委（扩大）会议、党支部专题学习、青年理论学习小组研讨等形式，掀起学习宣传党的二十大精神热潮。
全市税务系统各级局党委将收看二十大开幕会作为重要政治任务，第一时间组织副科（股）级以上干部集中观看，认真聆听习近平总书记重要讲话。
