第一步
打开国家税务总局福建省电子税务局，您可以选择【企业账号登录】、【扫码登录】或者【税务数字证书登录】三种方式中的任意一种登录。

第二步
在首页选择【我要办税】——【证明开具】，在左侧边栏，您可以根据自己的实际需求，选择【开具税收完税证明（表格式）】或者【开具税收完税证明（文书式）】。

第三步
【开具税收完税证明（表格式）】和【开具税收完税证明（文书式）】的页面略有差异，现在分别讲解如下：

如果您选择【开具税收完税证明（表格式）】，在页面上可以根据实际需要，选择税款所属期起止或者缴款日期起止，然后点击【查询】。页面上会显示出您可以开具的税收完税证明，点击【开具】，您可以把税收完税证明保存在您的电脑上。

如果您选择【开具税收完税证明（文书式）】，在页面上根据实际需要，选择开具日期起止、缴（退）税款所属期、税款开具机关和征收项目，打印格式可以选择【按明细开具】或者【按汇总开具】，点击【查询】。
