10月8日，在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会即将召开之际，区局组织开展“税月传薪火 踔厉启新程”喜迎二十大主题活动。区委组织部部长陆志斌，市局党建工作处处长、机关党委副书记张婕，区局全体处级领导干部，各科室（局）、税务所主要负责人和部分青年代表参与了本次主题活动。

本次主题活动采取“参展＋宣讲”模式，与会人员学习参观上海市税务系统“喜迎二十大 争做最美税务人”学习宣传暨典型巡展，汲取榜样力量。

区局主要负责人朱永明同志结合崇明“稻米文化”，对全体税务干部提出希望：
一是要如稻穗一般“扎得下根”，向先进典型靠齐，扎根税务系统岗位建功，为推进新发展阶段崇明税收现代化贡献自己的力量；二是要如稻穗一般“沉得下心”，学习掌握各项最新税收政策、业务技能，稳中求进、进中求好，把惠民利民的实事一件件的落实好；三是要如稻穗一般“俯得下身”，要深入基层，俯下身子学经验、听意见，为广大纳税人缴费人提供更便捷、更规范、更有感的服务，以实际行动迎接党的二十大胜利召开。
