为减轻企业、个体工商户负担，支持实体经济发展，现就缓缴涉及企业、个体工商户部分行政事业性收费有关事项公告如下：
一、在2022年10月1日至2022年12月31日期间，对企业、个体工商户应缴纳的《涉及企业、个体工商户行政事业性收费缓缴清单》内收费项目，自应缴之日起缓缴一个季度，不收滞纳金。
二、《涉及企业、个体工商户行政事业性收费缓缴清单》包括耕地开垦费、污水处理费等14项收费（具体项目见附件）。
三、各地区、有关部门和单位要严格按照本公告要求，切实落实缓缴政策，确保政策落地见效。
