政策大讲堂
享受小型微利企业税收优惠政策，需要到税务机关办理手续吗？
答：按照税务系统优化营商环境有关要求，取消了对企业所得税优惠事项备案管理。小型微利企业在预缴和汇算清缴企业所得税时，通过填写纳税申报表相关行次即可享受小型微利企业所得税减免政策。
同时，在申报表中设计了“从业人数”“资产总额”“限制或禁止行业”等相关指标，采取电子申报的企业，征管系统将根据申报表相关数据，自动判断企业是否符合小型微利企业条件；对符合条件的，系统还将进一步自动计算减免税金额，自动预填表单。
