《关于延续实施制造业中小微企业延缓缴纳部分税费有关事项的公告》已公布快半年了，制造业中小微企业税款缓缴期限部分即将到期，请记得按期缴纳缓缴的税款。小编将文件主要内容梳理如下：

一、适用范围

制造业中型企业：
国民经济行业分类中行业门类为制造业，且年销售额2000万元以上(含2000万元)4亿元以下(不含4亿元)的企业。
制造业小微企业：
国民经济行业分类中行业门类为制造业，且年销售额2000万元以下(不含2000万元)的企业。
《公告》所称制造业中小微企业也包含个人独资企业、合伙企业、个体工商户。
销售额是指应征增值税销售额，包括纳税申报销售额、稽查查补销售额、纳税评估调整销售额。适用增值税差额征税政策的，以差额后的销售额确定。

二、缓缴税费

所属期为2022年1月、2月、3月、4月、5月、6月(按月缴纳)或者2022年第一季度、第二季度(按季缴纳)的企业所得税、个人所得税、国内增值税、国内消费税及附征的城市维护建设税、教育费附加、地方教育附加，不包括代扣代缴、代收代缴以及向税务机关申请代开发票时缴纳的税费。

三、缓缴比例

制造业中型企业可以延缓缴纳公告规定的各项税费金额的50%。
制造业小微企业可以延缓缴纳公告规定的全部税费。

四、缓缴期限

2021年第四季度：原政策3个月，再延长6个月，共计9个月。
2022年第一季度、第二季度：6个月。

享受了缓缴政策的纳税人，记得按期缴纳缓缴的税费。
对于按月申报享受了缓缴的情形，纳税人属期为2021年10月/2022年1月缓缴的税款请在2022年8月1-15日期间通过电子税务局缴纳。
