城镇职工基本医疗保险参保人
可自行变更医保定点医疗机构

城镇职工参保人员首次参保后，
在选择自己的定点医院时
可以选择4家医院。
此外，本市所有定点中医医院、
定点专科医院、
49家定点A类医院、
所有定点社区卫生服务机构
为参保人员共同的定点医院，
无需选择，可按规定就医。
城镇职工参保人员选择定点医院以后，
可根据自己使用情况，
对自己选定的医院进行变更。
目前参保人员可通过“医保北京”公众号
或“北京市社会保险网上服务平台”
进行自主办理，
也可通过用人单位进行变更。

“医保北京”公众号
1. 选择“医保北京”公众号菜单栏“个人定点查询修改”；
2. 再选择“职工定点查询与修改”；
3. 点击需变更医院右侧的“去修改”；
4. 输入新选定的定点医院；
5. 更改后，点击“继续提交”；
6. 变更申报成功后，次日生效。

1. 登录“北京市社会保险网上服务平台”；
2. 选择“职工个人业务”；
3. 申请“定点医疗机构变更”；
4. 选择被变更医院；
5. 选择新的定点医院；
6. 变更成功，次日生效。

申报变更后生效时间
申报定点医院修改成功后，将于次日生效。

每月4日至月末期间更改
6：00——22：00
自主变更时间
网上自主变更定点医疗机构的时间为每月4日至月末最后一天，早六点至晚十点。变更成功后，当日页面不显示，次日生效。
为确保该系统试运行平稳有序，
建议广大市民如无紧急需求，
仍可采取原渠道（单位）进行变更，
待系统成熟稳定后，
可提供更加流畅便捷的服务。
