面对鲜红的党旗，全体党员干部身着税务制服，佩戴党徽，庄严地举起右手齐肩握拳，铮铮宣誓：“我志愿加入中国共产党，拥护党的纲领.....随时为党和人民牺牲一切，永不叛党”。铿锵有力的誓词声声震耳，强烈震撼着每一位党员，一字一句神圣而豪迈，体现着每一位党员对中国共产党的无限忠诚与热爱。
不同的党员代表分享了自己在党的亲切关怀指引下，在不同的工作岗位上前行的每一步、每一程。真挚的话语抒发了在党爱党、在党为党的情怀，表达了西青税务铁军秉持“忠诚担当、崇法守纪、兴税强国”的中国税务精神，以昂扬向上的奋斗状态投身税收改革攻坚战，在各自岗位上践行对党和人民的庄严承诺。
