（一）适用对象：
以个人身份参加企业职工基本养老保险的个体工商户和各类灵活就业人员；各类城乡居民参保人员。
（二）应用场景：
缴费人以个人为缴费主体，参保险种为城乡居民医疗保险、城乡居民养老保险和灵活就业人员医疗保险，所涉及相关缴费流程。
（三）操作流程：
1、个人社保缴费
在云闪付APP选择“城市服务”→“社保缴费”中进行缴费；

根据参保类型，分别选择“城乡居民医疗保险缴费”、“城乡居民养老保险缴费”、“灵活就业医疗保险缴费”，进入缴费页面。

2.1、城乡居民医疗保险
点击“城乡居民医疗保险缴费”后，进入城乡居民医疗缴费界面，请优先确认是否存在特殊缴费待补缴明细。
【城乡医疗特殊缴费】：如有特殊缴费信息，说明医保部门为该用户做过核定数据，选中”是否特殊缴费”按钮进行城乡医疗核定缴费，点击“下一步”，核对核定缴费金额的记录无误后，直接点击“缴费”按钮进行缴费（见图一）；
【城乡医疗自主缴费】：缴纳次年城乡居民医疗保险使用，点击“下一步”，核对缴费金额无误后，直接点击“缴费”按钮进行缴费（见图二）；

点击“城乡居民养老保险缴费”后，进入城乡居民养老缴费界面，请优先确认是否存在特殊缴费待补缴明细。

点击“灵活就业医疗保险缴费”后，进入灵活就业医疗保险缴费界面；
灵活就业人员医疗保险需要医保部门生成核定单后进行缴费，界面直接显示核定信息，核对无误后直接点击“缴费”按钮进行缴费。

二、个人缴费记录查询
（一）适用对象：

（三）操作流程：
1、进入个人缴费记录查询
在云闪付APP选择“城市服务”→“社保缴费”→“历史缴费记录”中进行个人缴费记录查询；

2、操作步骤
进入“个人缴费记录查询”后在界面输入身份证号和图片验证码，选择查询缴费日期期止，点击【查询】按钮即可；
如果身份证件号码对应多个缴费人姓名，则需要在缴费人姓名处选择查询的缴费人姓名。
