操作指南
1.打开自然人电子税务局扣缴端，进入【人员信息采集】菜单，点击【导出】按钮，选择【全部人员】。

2.选择【集中申报自动计算名单表】，点击【确定】，导出名单。

3.进入自然人电子税务局网页端，网址为：
https://etax.chinatax.gov.cn/
办税人员用自然人电子税务局的账号和密码登录进入（其账号密码与【个人所得税手机软件】的账号密码相同），登录后点击【单位办税】。
如无【单位办税】选项，办税人员无权限，则请企业法定代表人、财务负责人在其【个人所得税手机软件】中授权或者至办税服务厅申请授权。

4.选择企业后，点击【集中申报】——【报表填报】——【导入】——【名单生成报表】。

5.根据实际情况选择是否并入综合所得申报，点击【选择文件】。

选择之前下载的【集中申报自动计算名单表】。

6.导入后可在【导入结果】的状态栏查看结果：若显示绿色“成功”字样即为导入成功；若显示红色字样则为失败，可点击红色字样（存在失败/全部失败）查看导入失败原因。

例如：下图可以看到该公司导入失败原因是纳税人该年度已经申报过了。

8.回到报表填写页面，导入成功的人员即为未汇算且需要汇算的人员。
