根据沈阳市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部第34号通告要求，3月24日至30日，沈阳经济技术开发区税务局办税服务厅暂停对外开放。该局积极推行“网上申请、免费邮寄”，对邮路不畅的纳税人主动开展上门送票等服务。3月25日，沈阳中轻原材料有限公司财务负责人拨通了该局“税事通”工作室服务热线，该局迅速启动应急服务预案，为企业提供了上门送票服务，在特殊时期持续提供了不间断、不打折的纳税缴费服务。
