在刚刚过去的春节假期，第四税务分局积极响应号召，全体干部职工留津过年，税源管理部门的干部更是在家随时待命，针对企业紧急需求，“特事特办、专事专办”，开辟特急通道，在大年初六帮助企业办理已补税未退税证明，切实做到“春节服务不打烊”。

分局管辖某海油企业出口至香港的一批物资中个别部件急需维修，需要出具出口货物退运已补税未退税证明才能通过广东珠海海关运回。受疫情影响，企业生产经营本就步履维艰，如果不能尽快修好关键部件，将会影响工期进度，造成重大损失，且物资滞留海关每日都会产生巨额费用，企业项目负责人心急如焚。企业需求紧急又恰逢春节假期，办税人员朱先生焦急万分，抱着试试看的心态在电子税务局提交了开具出口货物退运已补税未退税证明的申请。
大年初六，在得知企业诉求和困难后，分局带班局长迅速安排部署，紧急通知出口退税受理和复审岗干部到岗，以最快的速度为企业开具证明。两名干部接到通知后第一时间赶到单位，按照操作规范迅速完成受理、审核、复审、开具各环节工作，及时将出具完成的证明反馈到电子税务局。收到证明的朱先生感慨地说，“真没想到春节期间还能这么快速地帮我们办理业务，感谢第四税务分局的不打烊服务，让我们可以顺利办理后续清关手续，增强了我们继续发展出口业务的信心。”
