操作步骤：登录电子税务局，点击菜单栏中“我要办税”中的“证明开具”模块，在弹出页面选择“服务贸易等项目对外支付税务备案作废”，点击进入办理页面。

录入查询条件并点击“查询”，可查询相应支付备案信息。

点击【查看】按钮，可查看对应支付备案信息。未作废的支付备案仅可查看备案信息，已作废的支付备案可查看备案信息和具体作废信息。

对于“未作废”的备案，点击【作废】按钮，在弹框中录入“作废原因”并确认提交。

提交成功后，可点击【查看我的申请资料】查看申请资料，点击【下载打印】下载打印税务事项通知书。
