学习百年党史 展现财政担当

11月25日，市财政局举办“当立强国志 奋斗正青春”青年理论学习小组分享会，围绕学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神、提升青年综合能力展开交流。分享会由机关党委牵头组织、预算处党支部承办，局党组成员、副局长汤汉忠，市注协行业党委专职副书记戴秋明出席活动。

活动伊始，参会人员集体观看了人民日报发布的微视频《赶考路》，共同回望党的百年奋斗路，眺望前方的光明奋进路。

“多回望、多思考，可以更高质量地投入财政工作。”“青年干部要跳出舒适区，用实际行动为国家建设添砖加瓦。”“要把握财政工作者的职责担当，为实现第二个百年奋斗目标贡献力量。”3名机关青年代表围绕学习党的十九届六中全会精神分享心得体会，一致认为要切实把思想和行动统一到全会精神上来，为财政事业贡献青春力量。

言以载道，文为心声。日前，机关党委牵头组织、金融处党支部承办开展了“党在我心中”征文活动，得到了机关、局属单位和注册会计师行业广大干部职工的积极参与。会上，戴秋明宣读了征文获奖通报，由汤汉忠、戴秋明为获奖同志颁奖。

随后，2名征文获奖作者代表结合自身工作经历，从素材收集、写作逻辑、语言润色等方面分享写作心得，传授实用技巧，畅谈工作方法，是一次提高履职能力和工作效能的“集体充电”。

汤汉忠表示，在党史学习教育走向深入的关键时刻，举办此次活动恰逢其时。作为财政干部，练好文笔既是工作需要，也是筛选过滤信息、锻炼逻辑思维、丰富知识体系的重要途径，要善思多写，将写作能力与管财理财能力融会贯通，进一步提高服务财政中心工作的能力。

汤汉忠提出，要将学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会作为当前和今后一段时期的重大政治任务，深刻把握党百年奋斗的光辉历程、历史成就、历史经验和新时代的历史使命，增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”。要善于把学习成果转化为指导实践的思路方法，推动以“政”领“财”不断取得新成效，在实现第二个百年奋斗目标新征程上中创造更大荣光。
