开具方式一：登录个人所得税APP打印纳税记录。
Part 01 登录个人所得税APP，【首页】-【我要办税】-证明开具中点击【纳税记录开具】功能。

Part 02 按提示输入开具年月（可跨年）并完成验证，点击“生成纳税记录”。
