【模块说明】
纳税（缴费）人可通过该功能与税务机关、开户银行在线签署委托银行划缴税款的三方协议（简称“三方协议”），该功能支持异地银行账户签订。
【操作指引】
第一步：点击首页 “我要办税”，选择“综合信息报告”，下拉至“制度信息报告”，点击进入“网签三方协议”模块。在首页右上角“搜索”栏中直接搜索“网签三方协议”也可以进入此模块。

第二步：点击“网签三方协议”。

情形一：在存款账户账号报告中录入待签约银行账号（推荐使用）
1.在“我要办税—综合信息报告—存款账户账号报告”中录入银行信息，填写完毕后保存提交。

2.进入“网签三方协议”界面，选择该条存款账户账号信息，并点击“确定”，系统将预填好签约银行、签约账户等信息。

注：若选择信息有误，可点击“账户账号信息”重新选择，也可“返回主页”重新进入此界面。（选择无误忽略此步骤）

3.确认无误后点击左上角“保存”，可查看“银税协议确认书”，知晓相关内容后点击“同意网签”，显示“验证成功”界面即完成签约。

情形二：存款账户账号报告中未录入待签约银行账号
1.选择“签约银行”。

注：签约银行以及银行网点都支持关键字查询（如“中国农业银行”可搜索“农业”就能在下拉框中选取到该银行）

2.在“签约账户”中输入开户行账号，点击左上角“保存”，且点击“同意网签”，显示“验证成功”界面即完成签约。

注：如果需要使用不在表中的银行账户签订三方协议，请按“取消”按钮！（若待签约账户在表中，则选中点击确定即可）

注：只有“此银行已开通全程网签功能，并支持（国内/省内异地银行账户）”字样的才支持异地（外省或外市）账户签约。（如下图所示）

情形三：待签约银行不支持网签
1.选择网点所在地（系统默认企业所在地地级市）和银行网点，填写签约账户后点击左上角“保存”按钮。

2.打印三方协议（如下图）至银行办理签约事项，后至税务大厅验证即可。

第一步：点击菜单栏“我要办税”，选择“综合信息报告”，下拉至“制度信息报告”，点击进入“终止网签三方协议”模块。在首页右上角“搜索”栏中搜索“终止网签三方协议”也可以进入此模块。

第三步：点击下拉框据实选择“撤销原因”，点击“撤销”按钮，并确认撤销显示“撤销成功！”即可。
