第一个就是税额扣减的享受主体是企业，而不是个人，而且企业必须与你签订1年以上劳动合同并依法缴纳社会保险费，否则不能享受政策。
国家这是在帮我们退役士兵规避风险啊，鼓励企业招用我们。

对。第二个就是税额扣减的标准是每人每年9000元，也只能按顺序扣减5个税种，不过个人所得税也相应地改为企业所得税。
