“最多跑一次”是指纳税人办理《“最多跑一次”事项清单》范围内的事项，在资料完整且符合法定受理条件的前提下，最多只需要到税务机关跑一次。
目前，厦门税务“最多跑一次”事项清单一共有207项业务，其中有越来越多的业务不仅实现了线下“最多跑一次”，还通过电子税务局实现了线上办理的新模式，最大限度让纳税人“少跑路”甚至“不跑路”！

一、申请条件
在中华人民共和国境内生产、委托加工和进口规定的消费品的单位和个人，以及国务院确定的销售规定的消费品的其他单位和个人，依据相关税收法律、法规、规章及其他有关规定，在规定的纳税申报期限内填报消费税申报表、附表和其他相关资料，向税务机关进行纳税申报。

三、办理渠道
（1）办税服务厅：
全市各办税服务厅列表（←点击左侧链接查看）
各办税服务厅地址、工作时间和联系电话
（2）厦门市电子税务局（推荐！）：
1.进入网站后，输入用户名，密码，登录厦门市电子税务局。

2.选择【我要办税】→【税费申报及缴纳】→【按期应申报】，选择【消费税及附加税（费）申报】，点击填写申报表。

3.进入填写表单界面，按实际情况及页面要求填写表单。
4.点击申报按钮，可进行申报或下载凭证（下载申请表单）。

5.点击申报后，查看提交的回执说明。

6.返回主页，点击【我要查询】→【申报信息查询】，可按条件查询申报信息。
