税务部门对首次核定、首次接收电子专票的纳税人实行“首票服务制”，通过线上线下多种方式，帮助纳税人及时全面掌握政策规定和操作要点。自5月25日起，税务机关推出电子税务局消息提醒电子专票网格化服务线上服务方式，纳税人可一键点击下载辅导材料并确认接收，具体操作如下：

一、首次核定电子专票或者首次接收电子专票后，会收到12366官方发送的短信，提示您可在电子税务局“我的提醒”功能查阅服务消息。

二、登录电子税务局，在“我的提醒”模块可以查阅到首次选择使用电子专票或首次接收电子专票的服务实施消息。

三、点击该条提醒事项，可以查阅该条消息内容及附件内容，点击下方的“确认并关闭”
