一、登陆国家税务总局辽宁省电子税务局

二、登陆后，依次点击我要办税-发票使用-发票票种核定-网上领票申请

三、网上领票申请为实名办税业务，需要使用辽宁税务局APP扫描二维码再次验证

四、取票方式选择-邮寄领取

五、填写纳税人邮寄地址

六、通过“增行”、“删行”来填写需要邮寄的发票种类及数量，完成后点击左上角的“保存”按键。
