在线导办打破传统的“面对面”窗口服务模式，为企业提供“一对一”线上办事服务，提升互动性和亲切感。作为征纳互动的桥梁和涉税需求传递的枢纽，在线导办遵循“利企便民、准确严谨”的原则，通过“线上为主、线下为辅”、“人工为主、智能为辅”的工作方式，最大限度减少纳税人、缴费人跑腿次数，坚持“事事有回音，件件有落实”，帮助纳税人缴费人用好用尽政策红利，快速解决办税难题，打通咨询服务到实办服务“最后一公里”，优化全市营商环境。
在线导办干部为纳税人、缴费人在电子税务局办理业务过程中，提供相关法规政策流程等咨询服务。通过“一对一”线上互动问答为其提供专属服务，包括办事指引和“顾问式”深度咨询，协助纳税人、缴费人了解办理事项需要的相关材料、办理地点以及网办事项申请流程。

登录北京市电子税务局，登录后，点击右侧“在线导办”智能咨询悬浮框，进入人工咨询模式。

“在线导办”人工服务时间为工作日的9:00—17:00。

进入“在线导办”页面，选择“人工服务”，进入人工咨询。

用户可与坐席进行图文沟通，可正常收发文字、表情和图片消息。

用户可正常接收坐席发送的文件消息，并正常下载，也可点击文件发送的图标，选择文件发送给坐席。

人工服务结束后，推送一条评价消息，点击“服务评价”按钮，弹出评价页面，可对人工服务进行评价，当点击“其他原因”标签时，出现输入框，可输入具体的原因。
