1、打开个税扣缴客户端，进入【人员信息采集】菜单，点击【导出】按钮，选择【全部人员】。

2、选择【集中申报自动计算名单表】，点击【确定】，导出名单。

3、进入自然人税收系统网页端，网址为：
https://etax.chinatax.gov.cn/
办税人员用自然人税收系统的账号和密码登陆进入（其账号密码与【个人所得税手机软件】的账号密码相同），登陆后点击【单位办税】。
如无【单位办税】选项，办税人员无权限，则请企业法人、财务负责人在其【个人所得税手机软件】中授权或者至办税服务大厅申请授权。

4、选择企业后，进入报表填报界面，点击【导入】按钮，选择【名单生成报表】。

5、点击加号选择之前的人员名单表格导入。

6、导入后可在【导入结果】的状态栏点击蓝色的字样查看问题详情。

7、在最右侧的【失败原因】中可以看到是因为该纳税人已经申报过了，所以导入失败。

8、回到报表填写页面，导入成功的即为未汇算的且需要汇算的人员。
