学史力行抗疫情，税务系统齐心干。在缅北疫情形势日趋严峻的形势下，为全力支持镇康县税务局扛牢边境疫情防控“外防输入”的艰巨任务，临沧市税务系统戮力同心、同向同行，市局党委以坚强的政治担当，带着省局党委的深切嘱托，组建党员干部“边境疫情防控志愿服务队”逆行三百里奔赴边境线，市局、县局携手筑起了祖国西南边陲疫情防控的税务钢铁长城。

组织“硬核”，双重领导有力量
税务系统双重领导体制的优势在这场边境疫情防控“大考”中显露无疑。在接到镇康县委、政府巡边守边、保卫家园的紧急任务后，镇康县税务局按照“巡边守边固防”的要求，第一时间组织人员物资巡逻值守中缅113号界桩三岔口至三台坡地段执勤点。面对艰苦的条件和未知的困难，县局干部冲锋在前、英勇无畏，这份勇毅也成了省局党委和市局党委的挂念。省局唐新民局长的亲自问候和关心，市局杨祖成局长第一时间亲赴守边一线指导慰问，市局党委派出了以张新荣副局长为领队的首批边境疫情防控志愿服务队支援守边，在驻守中积极与县委政府沟通，县委书记魏丛柱同志，县长蒋涛同志，县委常委、常务副县长李恩杰同志多次赴守边驻地指导疫情防控工作。双重领导、双倍力量，系统和地方党委的抗疫力量都因这份共同的政治责任齐聚边境一线，这样“硬核”的组织优势是镇康税务一往无前、无所畏惧的坚强力量。

队伍“硬核”，党员精神动力足
市局边境疫情防控志愿服务队由党委班子成员带队，与镇康县局的干部共同组成守边队伍驻守在边境线上。首批7名党员干部队伍，出征前掷地有声的请战书、边境线上铿锵有力的宣誓词、换防交接时的细致严谨，让人热血沸腾，为全系统税务干部做出了榜样。面对无水无电无基础设施的艰苦条件，经过前期专业训练的他们，带着强大的政治自觉和政治担当，忘我投身到祖国边境线巡边驻守、强边固边，彰显了党员精神“无所不能、无所不能、无坚不摧、无往不胜”的强大动力，展现了税务系统“学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行”的生动体现，这只气势磅礴的“硬核”队伍为镇康税务注入了坚实可靠的守边动力。

市局边境疫情防控志愿服务队是唯一一家上级部门直接驻扎支援巡边守边的队伍。市局牢固树立国家意识、国门意识、国土意识、国民意识，树立打持久战、主动战、阻击战和“一盘棋”思想，站在守护国家安全稳定、人民生命健康的高度，逆行出征、为国守边。作为“老大哥”，在边境疫情防控的困难当前，以实际行动给予了镇康税务极大地支持，与镇康税务在边境线上筑起了人防、物防、犬防的立体防控模式。这份“信念”和“担当”彰显了税务系统在挑战和困难面前同力协契、同舟共济、精诚团结的坚实情感，这种坚决打赢疫情防控人民战的“硬核”信念和让人热血沸腾的“家国情怀”让“中国税务精神”在祖国西南边陲疫情防控一线硕然绽放。
