自然人纳税人发现其个人所得税收入数据有误或其任职记录被冒用的时候，会就不属实的信息发起申诉。
对于发起的“任职受雇信息-曾经在职”的申诉，系统会直接推送给被申诉的扣缴义务人，这就是你收到提示的原因。

你可以在自然人电子税务局扣缴端右上角的【消息中心】中，点击该异议申诉消息，核实申诉人情况，如果申诉属实，确认为员工已离职，要及时填写自查处理结果、反馈说明、反馈人、反馈人联系电话后进行【提交】，同时在扣缴端中做如下操作：

在扣缴端点击【人员信息采集】，选择申诉人员，确认为已离职人员的，在【人员信息】明细页面，填写实际离职日期，并将人员状态修改为“非正常”。
