服务贸易等项目对外支付税务备案已开通网上办理功能，您可以登陆【广西壮族自治区电子税务局】，通过【系统功能—税费申报及缴纳—国际税收业务-服务贸易等项目对外支付税务备案】模块实现网上办理。请注意收到查验码后不能自行查验，必须将查验码提供给付汇银行由其查验方才有效喔！
除了对外支付税务备案，企业所得税、增值税代扣代缴、非居民纳税人享受税收协定待遇也可以在网上办理啦！
您登陆【广西壮族自治区电子税务局】后，通过【系统功能—税费申报及缴纳—国际税收业务-申报扣款】模块即可办理。

付汇款项属于应税所得的，扣缴义务人应当自实际支付之日起七日内将代扣税款缴入国库。
