为更好地缅怀革命先烈、传承红色基因，加强爱国教育，把开展党史学习教育同弘扬优良传统文化结合起来，清明时节，昭通市税务系统干部职工纷纷来到烈士陵园开展“缅怀革命先烈，传承红色基因”祭扫活动。

威信县税务局
威信税务干部怀着对烈士无限崇敬的心情，前往位于罗布镇的中国工农红军川滇黔边区游击纵队云南支队烈士陵园进行清明祭扫。祭扫后，为追寻先烈足迹，关怀先烈后人，全体党员重走长征路，沿途参观了酸水井伏击遗址、郭家坟云南游击支队基地遗址、殷禄才故居等，为现已87岁高龄的殷禄才烈士的儿媳（陈华久烈士的继女）段吉先和孙子殷远林送去慰问品，同他们进行温馨地交谈。

殷远林说道：“祖父同他所领导的云南游击支队不屈不挠，英勇斗争长达12年之久，最后还为此献出了鲜血和生命，我感到无比悲痛，但想到他是为中国革命做出的牺牲，我深感无比光荣，我将秉承他的遗志，扎根在基层当好社长，做好服务群众的工作，用微薄之力做一个对社会对国家有用的人！”他的话，让在场的党员深受鼓舞。
