根据国家税务总局关于开具《无欠税证明》有关事项的公告，自2020年3月1日起，税务部门提供《无欠税证明》开具服务。纳税人因商务合作、出国签注、留学等以无欠税情形为前提的，或有其他正当事由，确需税务机关出具无欠税证明的，可以向税务机关申请开具《无欠税证明》。
一.
办理业务前提提
1.纳税人登记状态为正常；
2.纳税人无欠税；
3.纳税人无未申报记录。
例：存在未申报时会出现如下页面

具体操作步骤

登录电子税务局

选择[我要办税]，找到[证明开具]

在跳出页面中选择[开具无欠税证明]，点击进入办理页面

填写申请表:页面自动会带出纳税人基本信息，选择办税员，完成后点击[下一步]

预览提交
①核对基本信息和办税人信息无误后，则可点击[提交]（若有问题则可点击[上一步]返回修改）

②提交后对跳出的页面点击[确定]

③认证方式选择CA，在空格处输入CA密码，点击确定

④提交成功后，会看到如下页面

提交成功的事项可以在“我要查询”---“办税进度及结果信息查询”中进行查询受理状态

友情提示：若本年度未做年度汇算清缴，同样属于有未申报记录，则无法开具无欠税证明。
