在税务局定期致电企业、问需问计的过程中，威海昌星电子有限公司对申请发票增量、外籍员工个税优惠享受、高新技术企业享受的优惠等方面的相关政策不甚了解，在实际的业务办理和系统操作过程中也时常会产生困惑，在很大程度上影响企业的发展。
了解以上情况后，威海经区税务局青工委组织青年业务骨干组成专家团队到企业现场办公，召开座谈会讲解税收政策及纳税系统操作。

座谈会上，专家团队针对企业提出的困难逐条与企业方代表沟通，通过核实企业发票申请增量条件，直接现场连线大厅相关工作人员在线进行增量辅导，实现限额的调增。现场登录自然人电子税务局介绍外籍个人在个税政策享受方面可能会出现的问题及防范解决的办法。并对高新技术企业税收优惠政策进行了介绍，现场对公司的纳税情况进行了测算，解决了企业当前面临的困难。
