并依法完成清算、注销登记的，
法人终止
一、法人解散
二、法人被迫宣告破产
三、法律规定的其他原因

《征管法》规定：
从事生产、经营的纳税人
税务登记内容发生变化
自工商行政管理机关
办理变更登记之日起三十日内
或者在向工商行政管理机关
申请办理注销登记之前
持有关证件向税务机关申报办理变更
或者注销税务登记
